Nurse-led GLP-1 support program with personalized nutrition and coaching

Hi, I’m Mel — Registered Nurse, Health Coach, and Trainer.

I help people navigate GLP-1 medications with a plan that supports their metabolism, muscle mass, nutrition, and long-term health.

With over 14 years of nursing experience, a Master’s Degree in Public Health, and additional training in obesity management, diabetes, and cardiovascular health, my approach bridges clinical insight with real-life nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

Because GLP-1 medications can help reduce appetite—
but without proper support, many people struggle with fatigue, muscle loss, nutrient deficiencies, dizziness, constipation, and eventually feeling lost about what comes next.

This program helps you build sustainable habits, protect your health, and feel supported through every stage of your journey.

GLP-1 medications can be incredibly effective tools for improving blood sugar, appetite regulation, and weight loss.

But rapid changes in eating patterns can also lead to:

  • under-fueling

  • muscle loss

  • fatigue

  • nutrient deficiencies

  • dizziness

  • constipation

  • and difficulty maintaining results long term

Many people are prescribed a medication—
but never taught how to properly fuel, train, hydrate, or support their body through the process.

That’s where this program comes in.

We help you stay nourished, strong, informed, and supported—so your medication works with your body, not against it.

  • "Coach Mel has made going on GLP-1s such a positive experience. My doctor didn't give any information besides make sure you continue with lots of protein and your strength training. Through my weekly sessions with Mel, I've been able to tweak when and what I eat to work with the GLP-1. I haven't had extreme symptoms of nausea, constipation, and fatigue that so many people talk about. I credit this to Mel's help in making sure I'm still fueling my body and giving it what it needs to continue my active lifestyle and see changes in my body safely!"
