Initial Intake & Consultation

An initial one-time consultation session is required to gain a thorough understanding of your unique and complex health, lifestyle or athletic goals. During this session, we explore your personal goals to ensure you get the most value from future coaching.

By the end of this session, you’ll leave with a clear, individualized plan ready for implementation that may include:

  • A custom nutrition plan (including macronutrients)

  • Meal suggestions, recipes and resources

  • Supplement and natural health considerations

  • Exercise guidance and recommendations

  • Initial custom training program (add on service see below)

  • Stress and sleep management strategies

If you opt out of ongoing coaching, included is an email follow-up in 2 weeks for support.

If transitioning to ongoing coaching within 2 weeks after initial intake, your first month is discounted to offset the upfront cost of the intake.

In ongoing coaching and accountability sessions with a licenced health professional trained in nutrition, our focus is on building self-awareness, uncovering meaningful insights, creating practical strategies that fit your life, and strengthening your motivation. Together, we'll develop your capacity, skills, and confidence to take control of your health for the long term. We’ll continuously revisit your goals, address new challenges or barriers, and refine your plan as needed.

Progress will be tracked regularly to ensure we're moving in the right direction. Throughout the process, I’ll provide consistent accountability, personalized education, and tailored resources and tools to support your success.

Options (flexible month to month packages):

  • $180/month

    • 30 minute bi-weekly calls with email/instant message support between sessions.

  • $280/month

    • 30 minute weekly calls with email/instant message support between sessions.

4 Week Package: Living Well on Weight Loss Drugs

This kickstart program is designed to help you feel your best while using medication safely and effectively. This program supports healthy, sustainable weight loss by ensuring adequate nutrition, maintaining muscle mass, and managing side effects with confidence and clarity.

What’s Included:
• 90-minute comprehensive intake and consult
• Personalized nutrition plan with macro guidance (carbs, fats, protein, calories)
• Meal planner templates, recipe suggestions, and movement recommendations
• Weekly 30-minute 1:1 coaching sessions
• Side-effect management tools and symptom-tracking resources
• Education to support long-term success, from starting your medication to tapering off

Whether you’re just starting your GLP-1 journey or looking for structured support while adjusting doses, this program provides guidance, accountability, and tools to help you thrive. 

Once you've completed the program, you have a few options!

You’ll receive consistent weekly accountability and support, including 1 hour video coaching sessions every week, and unlimited detailed email/instant messaging assistance to guide you every step of the way.

Empowered Wellness offers online exercise programming and training support tailored to your unique needs and goals. This service is available as a stand-alone option priced at $75-$125 per month or as a discounted add-on to other offerings (contact for details).

Receive customized programs from a certified trainer, along with weekly guidance and support, as well as a monthly virtual call, wherever you are in Canada or worldwide (excluding the USA).

Key Benefits:

  1. Partnered with Alberta’s Prescription to Get Active Program
    As a registered provider, Empowered Wellness collaborates with local facilities offering limited-time free access to help you kickstart your journey to better health.

  2. Potential Benefit Coverage

Please note: This is a non-nursing service (not a claimable medical expense) focused on fitness and wellness.

Exercise only clients must begin with a "readiness assessment" online or in person, which is up to 90 minutes, contact us for rates (online vs. in person). Here, we review your intake form and go through a physical readiness for exercise, review movement patterns and more. Your expected monthly payment of $75 or  $125 for programming is not included in this intake session.
