Nurse-led GLP-1 support program with personalized nutrition and coaching

Hi! My name is Mel,
a specialized Nurse Health Coach

I’m a Registered Nurse in the province of Alberta with over 14 years of experience and a passion for preventative healthcare, nutrition and functional fitness! In addition to my BScN, I’ve earned a Masters Degree in Public Health, with a specialization in Nursing  - MPH(N), and have received additional training for healthcare providers in obesity management, diabetes education and managing cardiovascular health.

My journey has led me to working with individuals on GLP-1 and advocating and supporting them through their journey. My approach is to navigate your health while on GLP-1, and also once you end a GLP-1.

GLP-1 medications help reduce appetite and stabilize blood sugar, but without proper support, rapid changes in eating can lead to nutrient gaps, muscle loss, dizziness, constipation, nausea, and fatigue.

This program helps you stay nourished, strong, and confident, so your medication works with your body, not against it.
